Technical Lead - PHP/Javascript

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive full-stack development, including backend, frontend, database, and API integrations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

- Review code for quality, performance, security, and scalability, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into

technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.

- Ensure proper database design, optimization, and query performance.

- Lead DevOps-related tasks, including deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development

environments.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and adoption in projects.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery management.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP and full-stack web development.

- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.

- Experience in frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Angular, or

Vue.js.

- Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.

- Experience with database systems : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

- Hands-on experience in API design, integration, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Strong experience in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools.

- Proven experience leading a technical team and managing project delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and server optimization
