Role :

We are seeking a Tech Lead/Tech Architect - Payment Systems to lead the design and optimization of enterprise-grade payment systems. You will architect secure, scalable solutions that process millions of transactions daily, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and delivering fault-tolerant performance. As a senior technical leader, you will mentor teams, collaborate across product and compliance, and drive innovation in digital payments.

Requirements :

- 7+ years in payments or financial systems engineering

- Deep expertise in .NET/C# for backend transaction processing

- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, PSD2, and payment compliance standards

- Proven experience with high-availability, fault-tolerant architectures

- Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)

- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for scalable deployments

- SQL Server and NoSQL database expertise for transaction integrity

- Track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems
