Hiring : OUAF Technical Lead
Location : | Experience : 10 -12 Years
We are looking for an experienced OUAF Technical Lead to design, build, and configure Oracle Utilities applications that align with business processes and application requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across Oracle Utilities products and lead end-to-end implementations.
Role Overview :
As an OUAF Technical Lead, you will be responsible for technical architecture, development, integrations, and solution delivery across Oracle Utilities platforms, ensuring high-quality implementations and seamless system integrations.
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle C2M, Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)
- Proficiency in Groovy, 4GL, Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Basic understanding of Java concepts such as type conversion, arrays, lists, and error handling
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to technical architecture design for Oracle CCB and MDM implementations
- Participate in all project phases : Design, Build, Test, and Deploy
- Design and develop complex integrations with on-premises and cloud-based systems
- Develop, enhance, re-engineer, and maintain upstream and downstream integrations
- Perform root cause analysis, defect resolution, and provide implementation support
- Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve critical issues
- Align OUAF architecture with evolving business requirements
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), C2M, CCS, or MDM
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and solution design
- Experience working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) overseeing technical design and development
- Hands-on expertise in CCS/C2M/CC&B/MDM entities including Business Objects, V-Structures, etc.
- Deep understanding of Oracle CCB & MDM data models, APIs, and integration points
- Ability to customize and configure Oracle CCB and MDM applications
Technical & Tools Expertise :
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts, design, optimization, and management
- Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git, or similar)
- Proficiency in CMA / Bundle Export packaging
Expertise in OUAF components :
- Groovy scripts, Batch processing, Business Services
- UI Maps, Zones, Portals, Business Objects
- IWS, Outbound Messages, Algorithms
- Case & Service Task frameworks
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of other Oracle Utilities products : SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, OUBI
- Oracle Utilities Certifications in Oracle Utilities product suite
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
