Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Offshore Tech Lead with 4-6 years of experience, specializing in Oracle Cloud Middleware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), coupled with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring an offshore team of 6-7 members, ensuring the successful delivery of complex conversions, integrations, and extensions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership and Mentorship :

- Provide expert technical guidance on solution design and best practices within Oracle

Integration Cloud (OIC).

Oracle Cloud Development and Delivery :

- Work with Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM modules to manage end-to-end implementations and customizations.

- Write and review SQL/PLSQL scripts for backend validations and troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain essential business intelligence reports using BI Publisher (BIP).

Collaboration and Issue Resolution :

- Drive the resolution of technical issues, implement performance improvements, and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills :

Core Experience :

- 4-6 years of overall experience in Oracle Cloud Middleware.

- 4-5 years of hands-on, expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience leading an offshore development team of 6-7 members.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong implementation and customization knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM.

- Basic knowledge and working experience with SQL/PLSQL.

- Basic knowledge and experience with BI Publisher (BIP).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
