Technical Lead - Node.js

Experience:

- 7 - 12 years of backend engineering experience; 2+ years in a tech lead or senior engineering role.

Tech Stack:

- Deep expertise in NodeJS, microservices, and serverless architecture.

- Strong hands-on skills in Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL, distributed systems design, and high-throughput API development.

Responsibilities:

- Proven track record owning architecture and delivery of complex, production-critical financial systems.

- Experience leading and mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Working knowledge of the Indian wealth management technology ecosystem: MF transaction platforms, RTA systems, exchange connectivity, and regulatory reporting.
