Technical Lead - Node.js/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality delivery.

- Architect robust, maintainable, and secure applications tailored for airline/travel operations.

- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and reliability.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the airline and travel domain.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React.js, and related frameworks/tools.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end web application development projects.

- Prior experience in the airline or travel technology domain such as reservation systems, flight operations, or booking platforms.

- Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and RESTful architectures.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.

- Strong foundation in system design, data structures, and software architecture principles.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
