Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, and AWS, with proven leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.

- Hands-on experience with Angular and ReactJS.

- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
