Technical Lead - .Net Core/AngularJS

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide a team of software developers in delivering robust and scalable enterprise solutions using ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, architecture decisions, and mentoring team members, while also contributing to hands-on development and exploring Gen AI-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.

- Architect, design, and implement complex web applications using ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and define technical solutions.

- Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, performance optimization, and DevOps.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to software engineering standards.

- Investigate and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data

integrity.

- Manage the technical roadmap and contribute to architecture decisions and scalable design patterns.

- Stay abreast of industry trends in cloud computing, frontend technologies, and AI/GenAI and explore their applicability.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

- Facilitate continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.

- Strong proficiency in Angular (preferably v9+) with solid understanding of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server : database design, stored procedures, performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, etc.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure Boards.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Gen AI technologies, OpenAI APIs, or integration of LLM-based solutions.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Blazor, SignalR, or Progressive Web Apps (PWA).

- Knowledge of Unit Testing & TDD with frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or Jasmine/Karma.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
