Role Overview :

As a Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions using .Net and AngularJS technologies. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of complex software applications using .Net and AngularJS, ensuring scalability, performance, and security for our end-users.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment to enhance team capabilities.

- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency across projects, improving maintainability and reducing technical debt.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the development team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining system stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing web applications using .Net framework (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) and AngularJS.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
