Role Summary :

The Technical Lead is a pivotal role that combines high-level system architecture with hands-on full-stack development. You will be responsible for translating complex user requirements into scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Angular. This position requires a leader who can envision system features, establish technical standards, and mentor a team of developers through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Beyond coding, you will act as a guardian of code quality, leveraging Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns to build reusable and reliable software. You must be equally comfortable optimizing complex SQL Server schemas as you are troubleshooting production issues across multiple operating platforms and environments.

Responsibilities :

- System Vision & Analysis : Analyze user requirements to envision and document system features, functionality, and architectural blueprints.

- Full-Stack Development : Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing expert technical guidance, performing code reviews, and fostering professional growth.

- Lifecycle Management : Set expectations and prioritize features throughout the development life cycle, ensuring adherence to the full SDLC and organizational standards.

- Collaborative Problem Solving : Contribute to team meetings and proactively troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and platforms.

- Database Stewardship : Take ownership of database constructs, including schema design, complex SQL queries, and performance optimization for SQL Server.

- Architectural Integrity : Ensure all designs follow industry best practices, established Design Patterns, and rigorous OOP principles.

- Version Control Governance : Oversee the teams use of GIT and version control systems to ensure clean branching strategies and code integrity.

- Technological Adaptability : Maintain high flexibility across the technological stack, adapting to new tools and frameworks as required by evolving business needs.

- Cross-Functional Communication : Facilitate clear verbal and written communication between technical staff and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
