Role Overview :

As a .Net Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and mentor for our development teams in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring that our technical solutions align with business requirements while maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable .Net applications. Your leadership will directly influence the technical roadmap and the professional growth of the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-impact software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design high-performance, scalable enterprise applications using .Net and .Net Core to meet evolving business demands.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks and project milestones.

- Optimize existing application performance by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring legacy code, and implementing modern architectural patterns.

- Manage the deployment and integration processes, ensuring seamless delivery of software updates within an agile development environment.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge in software development capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in designing and developing complex applications using .Net, ASP.Net, and .Net Core with 12 - 16 years of hands-on experience.

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality output through effective mentorship.

- Strong proficiency in architectural patterns, microservices, and cloud-native development, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to production.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across distributed teams in a professional office environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
