Job Expectations :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Microsoft D365 CE & Power Platform to provide technical leadership across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. This role blends hands-on architecture and development with team leadership and delivery ownership. As a Tech Lead, you will guide design decisions, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions across D365 CE and Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to deliver integrated CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft D365 CE solutions

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for D365 CE and Power Platform initiatives

- Design and oversee solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and D365 CE

- Provide hands-on development using plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and configurations

- Define and implement system integration strategies with internal and external applications

- Review architecture, conduct code reviews, and enforce Microsoft best practices

- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring technical excellence and delivery consistency

- Collaborate with functional leads to translate business requirements into technical designs

- Support deployments, upgrades, production issues, and continuous solution optimization

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

- Proven leadership experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role

- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

- Experience in systems integration and enterprise solution architecture

- Solid understanding of CRM business processes

- Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCP (preferred)

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
