Job Title : Technical Lead - D365 CE & Power Platform

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Shift : UK Shift (2PM - 11PM)

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Gurgaon

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Model-Driven Applications

- Hands-on with Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations modules (preferred)

- Proficient in C# and JavaScript

- Experience in developing custom plugins and workflow activities

- Knowledge of Azure Functions

- Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployments

- Proven ability to lead development team in an Agile environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project and task management capabilities

- Preferred : Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)

- Preferred : Experience with Copilot Studio or other AI tools

- Preferred : Experience in data migration and system integrations

Education :

- B.Tech/ MCA/ CA/ MBA from an accredited university, required.
