- Proso AI is hiring a skilled D365 Technical Lead to join our team in Noida. We are looking for a technically strong professional with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, excellent communication skills, and a professional personality that aligns well with our culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) solutions.

- Develop and manage X++ customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports.

- Design and implement integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party systems.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Support data migration, deployment, and environment management.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide performance optimization.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of relevant experience in D365 Technical development.

- Strong hands-on experience with X++, D365 F&O architecture, and extensions framework.

- Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Data Management Framework).

- Strong understanding of SQL Server and reporting tools (SSRS/Power BI preferred).

- Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional presence and strong cultural fit.

- Candidates based in Noida / NCR will be preferred.
