- Lead engineering delivery across multiple product initiatives.

- Drive engineering excellence, Agile practices and technical quality.

- Mentor development teams while managing project execution and delivery.

- Collaborate with business and product teams to build scalable technology solutions.

We're Looking For :

- 7 to 13 years of experience leading software engineering teams.

- Strong expertise in digital lending platforms, microservices and distributed systems.

- Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps and enterprise application development.

- Engineering graduate with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
