Key Responsibilities :

- Deep experience with FastAPI (or similar modern frameworks)

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud architecture and operations

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Microservices and distributed systems

2. Docker and Kubernetes (ACA and AKS)

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving delivery preferred

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying distributed systems using modern programming languages and cloud-native architectures.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business and engineering teams.

- Strong track record of managing the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and post-release support.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon.

- Natural leadership capabilities, with a history of fostering collaborative team environments and driving consensus on technical trade-offs.
