Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Candidates should have prior exposure to client-facing roles, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end project execution.

Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be preferred.

Required Skill Set Technical :

- Expertise Strong working knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies such as: React.js, JavaScript, React Native PHP, Laravel MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

- Experience in technical requirement analysis, solution designing, and project feasibility assessment.

- Ability to guide technical teams on best coding practices, architecture standards, and system design.

- Understanding of API integrations, performance optimization, and debugging methodologies.

- Leadership & Management Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of up to 1012 engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack, QA). Strong ownership of deliverables, timelines, and quality.

- Experience in conducting code reviews, sprint planning, effort estimation, and workload balancing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the technical team in client discussions.
