Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Tech Stack Youll Lead :

Frontend : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Hooks, Routing)

Backend : Node.js, Express.js

Database : MongoDB

Version Control : Git & GitHub

Your Role as Technical Lead :

- Mentor Future Developers : Guide learners through real-world project workflows and capstone projects.

- Team Leadership : Coordinate with junior trainers and maintain curriculum quality.

- Strategic Input : Contribute to course design, tooling, and learning pathways.

- Code Quality Champion : Provide detailed code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure

deployable output.

- Portfolio Building : Help students build strong public GitHub portfolios.

Preferred Profile :

- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience.

- Proven leadership or team lead experience in tech or training.

- Strong GitHub profile and real-world projects to showcase.

- Prior mentoring, training, or academic facilitation experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
