We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead - JavaScript Framework to join our team and take ownership of the frontend architecture and development across mission-critical projects.

Youll lead a team of developers, establish best practices, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend development initiatives using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

- Design and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and reusable component libraries

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of frontend engineers

- Conduct regular code reviews, ensure quality, and facilitate knowledge sharing

- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end

- Own the technical delivery of key features and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality outcomes

- Translate product requirements into scalable frontend solutions

- Drive decisions related to frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, APIs, and libraries to extend application functionality

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies for frontend code

- Stay current with the latest in frontend trends, frameworks, and tools

- Advocate for performance improvements, accessibility, and responsive design

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline development workflows

Requirements :

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development

- 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role

- Deep expertise in one or more JavaScript frameworks : React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js

- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, TypeScript, and responsive design principles

- Proficiency with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Vuex, etc.)

- Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating frontend with backend services

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or React Testing Library

- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite)
