Role Overview:

As a POD Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of technical innovation, guiding a dedicated Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) team to build and deliver cutting-edge enterprise solutions. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on architectural design, leading complex technical implementations, and ensuring the highest standards of code quality and system performance. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate strategic vision into robust technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of best practices across the development lifecycle. This role is pivotal in shaping our product offerings, directly impacting user experience, accelerating market delivery, and contributing significantly to our business growth through scalable and resilient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the architectural design and technical strategy for complex product features, leveraging expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture to build highly scalable and resilient enterprise applications.

- Collaborate effectively with Product Management to define technical requirements, scope projects, and ensure seamless integration within our established Enterprise Implementation Frameworks, delivering solutions that meet critical business objectives.

- Lead the development lifecycle, overseeing code quality through rigorous reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, and actively contributing to critical code paths to maintain technical excellence.

- Champion the adoption of cloud-native solutions, designing and implementing robust, cost-effective deployments on Microsoft Azure, optimizing for performance and reliability.

- Guide the frontend development efforts, leveraging React.js to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability, thereby elevating the overall technical capability of the organization.

- Contribute strategically to the technology roadmap, evaluating new technologies and methodologies to ensure our platforms remain competitive and future-proof.

Required Skillset:

- Deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and a Microservices Architecture, demonstrating a track record of building scalable and resilient systems.

- Proven ability to architect and implement robust cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including experience with various Azure services for compute, storage, networking, and databases.

- Strong command over modern frontend development with React.js, capable of leading the creation of dynamic, responsive, and user-centric web applications.

- Extensive experience in applying Product Management principles to technical delivery, ensuring that engineering efforts are aligned with product vision and business value.

- Demonstrated proficiency in establishing and adhering to Enterprise Implementation Frameworks, ensuring consistent quality, security, and maintainability across all software projects.

- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a proven ability to guide and inspire engineering teams towards achieving ambitious technical and product goals.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients in a distributed work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a premier institution, underscoring a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.

- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working effectively with geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations in India.
