Technical Lead - Java/React.js

Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Drive architecture and design decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Review code and enforce best practices and coding standards.

- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Manage technical debt and ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD

pipelines.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education :

- 6+ years of full-stack software development experience, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or similar role.

Technical Expertise :

- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

- Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.

- Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.

- Experience working in Agile Scrum or SAFe environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence,
