Job Description :

As a Tech Lead, you'll design and deliver impactful systems, mentoring engineers while driving alignment through structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities at this Role :

- Drive end-to-end technical design for features and systems

- Lead execution of complex projects with timely delivery

- Enforce coding standards and design principles

- Mentor engineers to improve technical depth

- Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements

Skill : The Expertise Required :

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Strong expertise in at least one core language/technology stack(e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go)

- Solid experience building scalable, cloud-native applications

- Proven experience leading complex features or systems end-to-end

- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and architecture patterns

- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions

- Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, observability)
