Technical Lead - Java/Python

Description :

We are hiring a Tech Lead to drive technical execution within Agile PODs. You'll mentor engineers, ensure timely delivery, and bridge architecture with implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide technical teams

- Enforce coding standards and best practices

- Drive Agile POD execution and task ownership

- Collaborate with Architects & Product Owners

- Translate designs into technical tasks

- Mentor junior engineers

- Oversee planning, coding, testing & deployment

- Identify process improvements & implement automation

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in software development

- Expertise in Java, Angular, Python

- Strong DB knowledge : MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL

- Proficient in AWS cloud services

- Familiar with Agile & POD-based models

- Excellent problem-solving & mentoring skills
