Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead - Java/Sr. Technical Lead - Java to join our dynamic team in Noida/Greater Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability, performance, and reliability of our applications, ultimately enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java/J2EE applications using RESTful APIs and AWS cloud services.

- Collaborate with product managers and architects to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, maintaining high code quality and minimizing technical debt.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, promoting innovation and efficiency within the team.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless project execution.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java/J2EE development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and services.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB, enabling the development of scalable and resilient applications.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a hybrid work environment.
