Technical Lead - Java Development

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of cloud-native applications built using Java and JavaScript frameworks.

- The role involves close collaboration with clients, as well as guiding and supporting the technical implementation team.

MUST HAVE :

- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or other Java-based web

frameworks.

- Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as N-Tier, Microservices, and Event-Driven architectures.

- Experience with ORM frameworks including Hibernate, JPA, and iBatis.

- Proficiency in working with databases.

- Exposure to UI technologies such as Angular, React, Knockout, or Backbone.

- Experience collaborating with international clients.

- Ability to work directly with customers to resolve technical issues.

- Capability to create and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).

- Strong skills in guiding and mentoring technical teams.

- Ability to independently analyze requirements, prepare estimates, and take ownership of

assigned applications.

- Experience in designing small to medium-sized applications.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- A proactive, can-do attitude.

- Strong focus on achieving targets and deliverables.

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring/observability tools.
