Technical Lead - Java | BFSI

We are hiring a Technical Lead to build and deliver scalable distributed applications for the BFSI/Lending domain. The role involves hands-on development, technical ownership, architecture, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of scalable and secure applications.

- Design and develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL and event-driven architecture.

- Drive technical design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

- Mentor developers and collaborate with QA and engineering teams.

- Ensure performance, security, scalability, code quality, and RBI compliance.

- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies.

Requirements :

- 3+ years as SSE / Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and SQL.

- Experience with Microservices, distributed systems and design patterns.

- Knowledge of AWS and Linux preferred; Quarkus is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, performance, security, and scalability.

- Mandatory : Lending domain experience with Loan Origination (LOS) and/or Loan Servicing (LMS).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
