Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Java Architect to design, develop, and lead scalable enterprise Java applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java technologies, architecture design, team leadership, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications

- Define application architecture, frameworks, and technology stack

- Lead and mentor development teams across the SDLC

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues

- Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns and engineering standards

- Ensure timely and high-quality software delivery

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 and above

- Expertise in Servlets and JSP

- Experience with JUnit and unit testing frameworks

- Good understanding of XML processing

- Experience with ANT build tools

- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture

- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in the Insurance domain

- Exposure to modern frameworks and microservices architecture

- Understanding of design patterns and scalable system design

Eligibility :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Experience handling enterprise-scale applications and distributed teams
