- Experience: 12+ Years

- Role: Java Technical Lead

- Work Mode: Remote

What Were Looking For:

- 12+ years of experience in Java development

- 2+ years of experience in a Lead/Technical Lead role

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot & Microservices

- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Collections, Generics, Multithreading & Design Patterns

- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, CI/CD & DevOps practices

- Knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, ServiceNow & Release Management

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills
