Job Description : Technical Lead with expertise in IBM WebSphere Portal Server

Overall Experience Requirement :

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and platform support.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal Server.

- Strong experience with JBoss Application Server and Struts Framework.

- Proven leadership in managing full-stack teams and delivering legacy modernization or platform decoupling initiatives.

Role Description :

- Lead the technical planning, design, and execution of WebSphere Portal and JBoss-based application separation activities.

- Refactor and migrate Struts-based web applications ensuring compatibility and scalability in new deployment environments.

- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to transition workloads from shared to entity-specific hosting.

- Manage deployment and configuration of WebSphere and JBoss across multiple environments.

- Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and provide hands-on support in resolving production incidents.

- Ensure secure, role-based access control, data partitioning, and user experience continuity during and after separation.

- Guide offshore/onshore development teams and enforce coding and platform standards.
