About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Golang to design, build, and scale high-performance backend platforms and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Golang, microservices architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and scalable backend engineering. This role requires strong technical leadership capabilities along with hands-on experience building resilient and high-throughput systems in fast-paced product engineering environments.

Candidates with experience in fintech, payments, or large-scale product platforms will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Architecture & Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using Golang.

- Architect distributed systems capable of handling high-volume, low-latency workloads.

- Build robust APIs, asynchronous processing systems, and event-driven services.

- Ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, reliability, and performance optimization.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead engineering design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical solutioning.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams on :

1. Backend architecture

2. Coding standards

3. System design

4. Performance optimization

- Drive engineering best practices across development, deployment, and monitoring.

Distributed Systems & Scalability :

- Build and optimize distributed platforms leveraging :

1. Microservices architecture

2. Event-driven systems

3. Messaging systems

4. High-concurrency processing

- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Work with cloud-native infrastructure and containerized environments.

- Build and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for :

1. Kubernetes orchestration

2. Infrastructure scalability

3. Monitoring & alerting

4. Production stability

Database & Performance Engineering :

- Design and optimize scalable database architectures.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for high-performance backend systems.

- Optimize query performance, caching strategies, and resource utilization.

Collaboration & Product Delivery :

- Collaborate closely with:

1. Product Managers

2. Engineering Teams

3. Architects

4. QA Team to deliver scalable product solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning, technical roadmap discussions, and release execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in backend engineering and distributed systems.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :
