We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (Golang & DevOps) who can drive end-to-end software delivery, lead engineering teams, and own the complete software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Golang development, DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies, along with the ability to mentor engineers and collaborate with business stakeholders.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, system design, software development, DevOps automation, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.

- Drive technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and design discussions.

- Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes are followed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

- Build secure, high-performing, and maintainable applications.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

System Design & Architecture :

- Design scalable, reliable, and high-availability systems.

- Develop microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.

- Drive performance optimization and system reliability improvements.

DevOps & Cloud Operations :

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate on infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.

- Monitor system health, performance, and reliability.

SDLC Management :

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Support testing, deployment, production monitoring, and maintenance activities.

Stakeholder & Client Management :

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Conduct technical discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs.

- Provide project status updates and risk assessments.
