Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Technical Lead to drive Generative AI initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Django, AWS, and microservices, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead AI initiatives within the account and across multiple projects.

- Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs integrated with Generative AI solutions using Python and frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers on leveraging CodeGen AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, PyCharm AI).

- Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, technologies, and industry trends to ensure delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

- Work effectively within AWS cloud platforms for AI solution development and deployment.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive business outcomes.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, Django, FastAPI

- Experience with AWS cloud services

- Knowledge of Generative AI tools and frameworks, AWS Bedrock Models & OpenAI Models

- Familiarity with Microservices architecture

- Exposure to CodeGen AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, PyCharm AI
