GEN AI Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced GEN AI Technical Lead to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and will be responsible for leading a team to develop innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions for various applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced AI techniques.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and apply them to improve existing systems.

- Conduct research and experimentation to innovate and enhance Generative AI capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI technologies.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

- Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
