Technical Lead - Full Stack Technologies

Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can own the technical direction, system design, and implementation quality of our high data-intensive, real-time monitoring enterprise web application.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in C# .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis, and SignalR with strong leadership, mentoring, and code quality skills.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive design and implementation decisions, and ensure we build a robust, scalable, and maintainable platform.

Technical Leadership & System Design :

- Own the technical direction, system/component design, and implementation approach for the product, especially for real-time, high throughput data processing and visualization.

- Make well-informed decisions on scalability, performance, security, availability, and observability at the code and solution level.

- Evaluate and introduce appropriate design patterns, frameworks, and libraries where they add value.

Hands-on Development :

- Act as a strong individual contributor : design, develop, and review complex features using :

1. Backend : C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

2. Frontend : Angular, TypeScript

3. Data & Infra : PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, SignalR

- Lead by example with clean, maintainable, and testable code.

3. PostgreSQL (data modeling, performance tuning, indexing, query optimization).

4. Docker (containerization for services/applications).

5. Redis (caching, pub/sub, performance optimization).

6. SignalR or equivalent real-time communication frameworks (WebSockets, event streaming).

- Proven experience building and scaling real-time, data-intensive enterprise web applications.
