Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers, mentoring and guiding them on best practices and coding standards

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables

- Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of applications developed by the team

- Design, develop, and maintain Fullstack applications using Laravel, Node.js, and MEAN Stack

- Implement serverless architectures where applicable

- Oversee third-party API integrations and establish integration patterns for reliability and efficiency

- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for PHP and Node.js development

- Work with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes

- Use project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar to track project progress and coordinate tasks

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for scalability and security

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, designers, and product managers

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

- Ensure timely delivery and maintain high client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of strong experience in Fullstack development / MEAN Stack / PHP

- Hands-on experience with Laravel, Node.js, Angular / React

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture

- Experience with serverless architecture

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

- Experience managing API integrations

- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
