Technical Lead/Full Stack Engineer - System Design & Architecture

About the Role :

Were looking for a senior engineer to lead and mentor our growing tech team. As a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead, youll play a crucial role in driving architecture decisions, managing tech delivery, and ensuring our platform scales seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of the overall system architecture.

- Oversee code quality, performance, and security across projects.

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

- Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Bring thought leadership in tech stack evolution, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.

Requirements :

- 3- 6 years of full-stack or backend engineering experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership/mentoring capacity.

- Proven experience working on an e-commerce product/platform.

- Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred).

- Proficiency in backend languages like Node.js, Java, or Python.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
