Job Title : Technical Lead (Full Stack AI)

Location : Noida (Work from Office)

Experience : 5 to 8 yrs

Work Schedule : 6 days/week (alternate Saturdays off)

Must Have Requirements :

1) 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience, including minimum 2+ years in a technical leadership role

2) Strong hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

3) Proven experience with React.js and Node.js (minimum 2+ years)

4) Experience deploying scalable applications on AWS / GCP using Docker and CI/CD pipelines

5) Strong experience in integrating LLMs / AI/ML models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Whisper, LangChain

6) Experience building production-grade SaaS or AI-based systems

7) Strong understanding of system design, backend architecture, and API integrations

8) Excellent communication skills with ability to handle technical leadership + client-facing discussions.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Lead (Full Stack AI) to lead and contribute to the development of AI-powered Voice & Text automation platform for global healthcare clients. The role combines hands-on coding, AI system development, team leadership, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Design scalable architecture for AI-driven SaaS platform

- Define technical roadmap in collaboration with leadership

- Oversee AI/ML features including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and voice automation

- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and uptime

Hands-on Development :

- Contribute to backend development using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)

- Work on full stack development using Node.js and React.js

- Build and integrate AI services (OpenAI/Gemini/Mistral/Whisper)

- Debug, review code, and ensure production readiness

AI & Cloud Engineering :

- Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions and workflows

- Manage deployments on AWS/GCP using Docker & CI/CD pipelines

- Work on voice AI and conversational automation systems

Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers

- Conduct sprint planning, code reviews, and technical mentoring

- Support hiring and team scaling

Client & Product Delivery :

- Interact with US/Middle East clients for requirements and issue resolution

- Translate business needs into technical solutions

- Ensure timely delivery of releases and integrations

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7 years software engineering experience (2+ years leadership)

- Strong in Python + Node.js + React.js (mandatory)

- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI/ML integration

- Cloud expertise (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD)

- Strong system design & backend architecture skills

- Experience building scalable SaaS or AI platforms

- Good communication and leadership skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with telephony tools (Twilio, Exotel, Asterisk)

- Exposure to healthcare tech domain
