Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong Full Stack development experience who can drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, SQL, cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), and experience leading teams. This role requires hands-on development, mentoring engineers, performing design/code reviews, and working closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment

- Design and build scalable APIs and backend systems using Python

- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and mentor developers

- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews

- Optimize application performance and improve system scalability

- Design and manage cloud-native solutions on Azure (AWS familiarity preferred)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and DevOps

- Drive best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and documentation

- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and propose technical solutions

- Integrate ML/AI capabilities into enterprise applications where required

- Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable codebase

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of software development experience

- 3+ years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role

- Strong expertise in Python and SQL

- Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services

- Solid understanding of database design and performance tuning

- Experience with Azure cloud services (AWS familiarity preferred)

- Hands-on experience in Full Stack development

- Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management

- Strong knowledge of system design and architecture patterns

- Experience in code optimization and performance improvements

- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

- Working knowledge of ML/AI integration in enterprise systems

- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments preferred

- Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms

- Exposure to ETL tools such as Talend

- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI

- Exposure to regulated domains such as Pharma or Healthcare

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
