Job Description :

- Description : We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Full Stack Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.

- The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on full stack expertise with technical leadership, architecture skills, and the ability to mentor and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end full stack development of web applications

- Design and define technical architecture, system design, and coding standards

- Provide hands-on development support across frontend and backend components

- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Guide and mentor developers; conduct technical reviews and knowledge sharing

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability

- Oversee integration with third-party services, APIs, and databases

- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and technical estimations

- Identify technical risks and proactively resolve them

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with frontend technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Strong experience with backend technologies : Java, Node.js, Python, or .NET

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration

- Strong knowledge of databases : SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
