Job Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Lead Full-stack JavaScript (MERN) to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications. The role involves hands-on development, architectural ownership, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across full-stack, cloud, and DevOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure full-stack web applications

- Drive hands-on development using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies

- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, documentation and code quality

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions

- Mentor and guide engineers, supporting technical growth and team productivity

- Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments

- Identify technical risks and scalability challenges and proactively propose solutions

Technical Skills :

- Frontend : JavaScript (ES6+), React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, SSR/CSR/SSG

- Backend : Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, async/event-driven systems

- Databases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis; data modeling, indexing, caching

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring & security

- Practices : Git, Agile/Scrum, testing, documentation, code reviews

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of full-stack JavaScript experience (React, Next.js, Node.js, Express/Nest.js)

- Proven experience leading teams and making architectural decisions

- Strong cloud, DevOps, and microservices experience

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills

- Passion for clean architecture, performance, and continuous learning
