Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions that power Stable Moneys digital platforms. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise, architectural ownership, and team leadership. The Technical Lead will play a critical role in shaping our technology roadmap and ensuring reliable execution in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead system design and architecture for core platforms and services.

- Make key technical decisions related to frameworks, tools, and technology stacks.

- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

- Review and approve technical designs, architecture documents, and code.

- Contribute actively to coding critical modules and complex features.

- Ensure high-quality implementation using best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles.

- Drive performance optimization, reliability, and system stability.

- Lead, mentor, and guide engineers across levels.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Work closely with Product, Business, and Compliance teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Own delivery timelines and ensure milestones are met with high quality.

- Identify technical risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements (fintech context).

- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.

- Support audits, reviews, and incident resolution when required.

- Improve engineering processes, development workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Encourage automation, testing, and DevOps best practices.

- Evaluate and adopt new technologies that improve efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in backend and/or full-stack development (Java, Python, Node.js, or similar).

- Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
