We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive architectural decisions, guide the development team, and oversee end-to-end software delivery across front-end and back-end systems.

- Strong troubleshooting & system design skills

Role Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the development team

- Define architecture & design technical solutions

- Work across backend & frontend components

- Drive projects from requirement scoping to production launch

- Collaborate with users, tech teams & management

- Support mission-critical, high-performance systems

- Manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results

Experience :

- Team handling experience

- Hands-on SQL + working knowledge of NoSQL

- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

- Self-starter capable of working independently
