Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Role overview :

- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.

- Create and manage RESTful APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of database management- PostgreSQL

- Good to have Healthcare domain experience.

- Experience in API Gateway, Hibernate and JPA, Transaction Management, ACID Properties, Multi-thread, context switching.

- Develop, test, and deliver highly scalable services using Spring Boot

- Create frameworks and accelerators to expedite development processes.

- Establish and enforce software engineering best practices.

- Create design artifacts using UML for team implementation.

- Mentor and guide product engineers within the team.

- Ensure timely delivery of user stories planned for sprints.

- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from definition and design to implementation and testing in multi-cloud environments.

- Develop robust technical solutions to business problems, emphasizing quality and execution.

- Collaborate with motivated software developers focused on solving complex challenges and building large-scale SaaS products.

- Contribute to the design and construction of the product from the ground up, implementing processes for modularity, efficiency, and maintainability.
