Job Description :

This role combines hands-on Java/SQL expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on high-quality delivery, team development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Java-based software deployment, integration, and performance optimization.

- Oversee the full SDLC : requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and career growth.

- Implement efficient workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project priorities and deliverables.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in Java, SQL, and full-stack development.

- Proven leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
