Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Title : Technical Lead Full Stack (React/FastAPI/AWS)

Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background as a Full Stack Engineer (React/FastAPI/AWS) to guide our product development. Youll architect cloud native applications, mentor engineers, and ensure agile delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise in SDLC, modern cloud patterns, and full stack development will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Cloud Native applications using React, FastAPI, and AWS.

- Drive architectural decisions (microservices, serverless, CI/CD) and enforce best practices.

- Own end to end SDLC, from requirements to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Team Mentorship :

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and skill building sessions.

- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Agile Delivery :

- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine user stories, plan sprints, and deliver features iteratively.

- Optimize team velocity by removing technical roadblocks and implementing efficient workflows.

DevOps & CloudOps :

- Architect and manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation).

- Implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and infrastructureascode (IaC).

Quality & Innovation :

- Champion TDD/BDD, monitoring (CloudWatch), and modern patterns (event driven, containerization).

- Research emerging technologies to enhance our tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven track record building products with React (frontend) and FastAPI/Flask/Django (backend).

- Mastery of Cloud Native architecture (microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, gRPC containerization via Docker/Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Experience in Database schema design (SQL/NoSQL) and design database architectures (relational, document, graph).

- Implement data patterns : ACID compliance, caching (Redis), CDC, and eventual consistency.

- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, RBAC, data encryption).

- Experience in building Scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL,gRPC) with queues (SQS/Kafka), distributed systems.

- Experience in Complexity analysis, optimization for real-time data processing.

- Experience in SSO, secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager), DevSecOps integration.

- Handson AWS expertise (serverless, VPC, IAM, SQS, SNS).

- Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

- Experience in IaC is a plus (Terraform/CDK).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
