Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

We're Hiring: Tech Lead (Full Stack | Cloud | Logging & Monitoring)

ACC Limited is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to spearhead the architecture, development, and management of scalable, high-performance applications.

This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on technologist ready to drive solutions across the full stack backend, frontend, cloud, logging, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Design scalable microservices and robust audit trail mechanisms.

- Implement secure authentication strategies (OAuth, JWT, SAML, LDAP).

- Guide backend, frontend, and cloud deployment architecture.

- Ensure HA, performance, and security in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

Backend Development :

- Manage SQL (RDS) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.

- Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Frontend Development :

- Implement CSR/SSR/SEO best practices using Tailwind, Bootstrap, ShadCN.

Management & Leadership :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong in Node.js, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Solid frontend skills with React, Angular, Next.js.

- Experience with OAuth/SAML/JWT, DevOps pipelines, and logging stacks.

- Proven leadership, decision-making, and project delivery capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on Jenkins CI/CD & Agile team management.

- Understanding of SEO best practices.
