Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)

Role Overview :

- Were looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in AEM and JAMstack. This role combines strategic thinking with deep technical skills to architect intelligent, scalable digital experiences and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture Ownership : Lead end-to-end architecture for JAMstack and full-stack solutions using Next.js, Gatsby, and headless CMS platforms like AEM, Sanity.

- Cloud & DevOps : Own CI/CD pipelines, IaC, observability, and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Technical Leadership : Define best practices, drive system design, and conduct code/architecture reviews.

Core Competencie :

- Full Stack & JAMstack Development

- 7+ years in Web development

- Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, Gatsby

- Strong in AEM, JAMstack, SSR/SSG, headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful)

- Proficient in Tailwind CSS and component libraries

- Cloud-Native DevOps

- Proven deployment experience on AWS/GCP/Azure

- Skilled in serverless, microservices, Docker, Terraform

- Familiar with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch)

Tech Leadership :

- Strong system design and architectural decision-making

Nice to Have :

- Experience with headless eCommerce (Shopify API, Hydrogen)

- Performance tuning (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Core Web Vitals)

- Mobile integration (Flutter, React Native, PWA)

- Public speaking or open-source contributions
