Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Overview :

Were seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tech Lead with strong backend expertise in Python and/or Node.js, as well as solid experience in frontend development using React.js (or other modern frameworks). You will lead a high-performing development team, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects while fostering innovation, collaboration, and quality.

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Oversee frontend development using React.js or similar frameworks, ensuring seamless user experiences.

- Drive the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Introduce and enforce best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and proactively integrate innovations that benefit the product and team.

Team Building & Mentorship :

- Lead by example and cultivate a collaborative, positive, and productive team environment.

- Conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Motivate the team to meet deadlines and exceed project goals.

Project & Stakeholder Management :
