- Drive the evolution of the frontend architecture for high-performing, scalable web applications, ensuring they can support a large and rapidly growing user base.

- Act as a hands-on leader, mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers on best practices, code excellence, and modern frontend development principles.

- Partner with design, backend, and product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features that boost user experience and growth.

- Design and implement high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in frontend development.

- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, including React, Vue.js, and Angular.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript and its modern frameworks.

- Proven track record of implementing scalable frontend architectures and design patterns.

- Strong leadership skills with documented experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams.
