Technical Lead - Frontend Architecture

Responsibilities :

- Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback, and support.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.

- Designing and architecting scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems.

- Implementing best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes within the team.

- Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and addressing challenges in project implementation.

- Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company.

Requirements :

- Overall 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of specific experience in leading & building Web & business applications, web services layer using React, ES6 Typescript

technology stack.

- Ability to identify design patterns and come up with an application architecture that promotes reusability, maintainability, compatibility, and modularity.

- Hands-on experience on technologies like JavaScript, CSS3 HTML, 5 SASS, LESS, Atomic Design Model, and Micro frontend architecture.

- Experience in database technologies such as SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience in using Agile project management tools such as JIRA.

- Expert understanding of Jasmine, KARMA, Protractor, and Jest.

Desired Skills :

- UX design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting.
